He dressed for work (unlike agents who showed up to show the house in shorts, gym attire, or dirty clothes) and handled things professionally. He has a commanding knowledge of the local market. In fact hs has been interviewed on a local TV station about the real estate market. When he was contacted, he responded quickly. If he didn't have an answer, he would track it down. We put our house on the market days before a downturn in demand. So, while we didn't get the price we thought we would get, he worked tirelessly to secure the best price the market could bear. He understands the negotiation techniques. Even though I was in sales for years, there were times when I was ready to go to war, and his level head helped keep me in check. He truly cares for his clients and is willing to go the extra mile when necessary. This included checking on our house after we had moved out of the area. In fact, due to the excessive snow this winter, Rob personally came by several times to clear it so we would not be fined by the city for snow-covered walks. We have personally used Rob for the past 30-some years and at least three home sales. Each time, he has been the kind of agent anyone would be thrilled to have in his court. In your questionnaire, you asked about whether the sale price was what we expected. NO! BUT the market experienced a downturn no one expected. Our first expectation was not realized, and the buyers we encountered were very difficult to negotiate with. My final comment is that Rob is the type of agent that the real estate market needs more of!

When there was an issue with the Title Company he prepared an amended purchase agreement to correct the problem. He also has experience with various professionals necessary for issues that arise with the inspection.
