Rob is a very experienced and knowledgeable broker and is able to give background and context to the situation. He has a wide network of acquaintances so he can also work behind the scenes when necessary. He knows how to be very persuasive but not inappropriately. I think he is easy to work with (both on the buying and selling side - and I have done both with him). While Rob has informed opinions he does not push his client one way or the other. He lets it be your decision which I appreciate. I have always enjoyed working with Rob which is why I keep going back to engage his help!
