Rob was a fantastic real estate agent. He was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and was always available to answer any question I had. This was my first time selling a property so Rob made sure I knew what to expect. We started with the listing price vs. the surrounding area and went through the property to point out key attributes for the listing. Rob discussed offers with me, walked me through the appraisal and inspection process the buyer would need to go through, and kept up communication through the official closing date.
