I met Rob in 2015 before I was licensed in FL. He was so down to earth, understanding and not pushy... I knew what I wanted and he helped me purchase a few units and then sell them when the timing was right. I am a REALTOR® and I learned a lot from Rob before I was licensed here in FL. I can highly recommend Rob for your Real Estate needs. Sandy W
Super responsive Always available
I’m pleased to report that I have known Rob for about 11 years . Went thru 3 sales with him and they were always enjoyable and professional . Rob has been always accessible and informative and understandable to my needs Always had a very good working relationship and would reckoned him highly
Rob Mauceli has been our real-estate agent for the purchase of two rental properties. He is very knowledgeable of the Naples area and showed us many different options consistent with our price range and what we indicated we were looking for. Rob is very professional, friendly and responsive. He offered his expertise to help us make educated decisions. Rob is also the rental agent for the two properties. He and Elise Mittler do a great job securing renters and making sure the process is smooth for both the owners and renters. We would highly recommend Rob and Elise for any real-estate transactions!
Rob worked very hard to address all of my needs and went above what was expected to close the sale.
Rob knew exactly what we were looking for, found it and sold our existing unit within a week ! Crazy efficient and informed.
Rob is an excellent communicator and understands the Naples real estate market as well as anyone. When we purchased our condo, Rob was the seller's agent. However, we enjoyed working with Rob so much that we used him as our agent when selling the property. I highly recommend using Rob to get an honest opinion of where the market is today and where it is headed. Thank you, Rob!
Okay, uh, let me work on this. Rob exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Selling my home wasn’t the easiest transaction. It had its own set of challenges and the market was soft, with buyers hesitant about the neighborhood. But Rob leaned in with determination and generated strong interest in the property. He brought an excellent team of resources that made the entire process smoother and less stressful. He handled every detail, communicated clearly, and followed through on every single commitment. Reliable, professional, and truly client first. That’s Rob. If you want someone you can count on to deliver top-notch results, I recommend Rob without hesitation. I’m genuinely grateful for everything he did.
Rob is the best real estate agent we have worked with over the past thirty years. Our experience includes nearly one dozen property transactions in four different regional markets. Rob is honest and extremely helpful in solving the many issues which invariably come up in buying or selling residential properties. His insight into market conditions and pricing is accurate and builds confidence in the due diligence and execution phases. He was also available to take questions after we closed. His availability post sale is extraordinary. He is also pleasant to work with.
Strong communicator. Gives clear advice on how to make a property better. Great knowledge of the market, including trends, positive and negative. He knows his stuff.
