As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect or what to look for when buying a house. Rob took me and my wife under his wing from the first house we looked at. We looked at many houses, and Rob was very helpful in pointing out things of concern that we wouldn't have recognized or known. His knowledge in construction really played a key role in recognizing potential problems. Rob remained patient with us, and assured us that we would find a house. When we did find the house for us, he was always there to answer any question we had and communicate with the other parties involved. It was evident to me that Rob was looking out for our best interest and not just another check to cash. That really helped take a lot of the anxiety out of our home buying experience. Rob did an outstanding job of listing and saleing my home at the price he felt that would sale my home. Which I received an offer 1 week after he became my agent.He aswered all my questions promptly,was always available day,night and weekends.
