I had been unable to sell my house for 6 months...
I had been unable to sell my house for 6 months, so I decided to change agents. I starting reading on-line reviews of various realtors; one of them was Rob. Ultimately, I decided he was the guy to do it for me. I terminated the contract with my previous agent, and signed on with Rob. Rob seamlessly guided me through the process of selling my house and it SOLD ON THE FIRST DAY he listed it! I can't say enough about how awesome it was to work with him.
