Tireless effort to get the house sold!

Rob and Nika were consummate professionals in their hard work and prolonged efforts to get our house sold and for a very good price! They were friendly and straight up in their communications, no fluff or telling us what they thought we wanted to hear. We had a next-door neighbor who purposely didn’t take care of his yard, and buyers were leaving comments like “we loved the house, but …” Rob and Nika always stayed in touch with us, knew the market minutiae well, and were tireless in their efforts to still get it sold. Should we ever need a realtor again, Rob will be our only call.
