Buying in this market is hard. Most every home we saw was under contract within days, and sometimes hours. Although we were discouraged, Rob kept looking and working his magic. We found a house we really liked. The seller was less than cooperative with the inspection ( inspector walked out because verbally abused by seller ). Rob arranged another inspection the very next morning. Negotiations began with price and minor repairs etc. The seller would comply and then suddenly change their mind and offer odd things instead. Like instead of minor repairs, offering to sell us their riding lawnmower etc. What a bizarre experience. This was our 5th home purchase in my lifetime, but the most stressful and unnecessarily difficult due to something Rob or I could control. Rob remained committed and focused. I appreciate his professionalism and his honesty and candor. I am certain this was not the smoothest transaction for Rob either, but you could not tell it through his actions or tone.
