Coming from New Jersey, and not knowing much about Myrtle Beach my husband reached out to a friend who lived there, and he hooked us up with a friend of his who was a realtor. Lucky for us. This friend was Rob Conroy. From the first day, we spoke with Rob on the phone we knew that he was the realtor for us. We told him what we were looking for, and when we got off of the phone, he immediately started sending us homes to check out via email. The homes he sent to us to look at really piqued our interest, and we decided to take a trip to Myrtle Beach to see if this was really where we wanted to be. We were coming from New Jersey and had limited time to look at houses. Rob was prepared with many homes for us to see that were in our budget and on our wish list. As we would drive from house to house he also acted as our tour guide with information about the area. In the end, he brought us to a development with new construction that was priced for our budget. When I had to fly down to decide which model we were getting, Rob was very professional and accommodating by picking me up from the airport and provided the transportation I needed. He made himself available to my husband and I without being too pushy. We are glad we called Rob!

Rob Conroy was the agent that listened when other agents would not. He was able to find and show my wife and I houses within our price range when other agents refused to do so.
