Rob had contacted me almost a year prior to me selling my house. He checked in with me to tell me what was happening with the market. When it came time to sell my house he walked me through the process since it had been 12 years since I bought my house. He showed me comps and what was currently happening in the market. After the sale he constantly kept me informed of how the sale was progressing and what the next steps were until the sale finally recorded.
