One thing I can say about Rob is he does his homework to determine what the market is doing. He spends the time to get a lot of comparisons to the property you are trying to sell so you have a good feel for how the market is doing. He also has a comprehensive plan for selling the property. I liked the pre listing inspection so that there were no surprises when trying to sell the property and the buyers knew the condition of the property without having to wait on an inspection. Also limiting the vieiwing to qualified buyers and not just anyone off the street reduces the amount of traffic wandering through your house. He let’s you know what to expect and when. He doesn’t try to make you adhere to a time schedule he wants, he’s willing to work to a schedule you are comfortable with. This was the easiest home sale I have made. He has done alright by me and I highly recommend him as an agent.
