Rob is very friendly and helpful with extensive market knowledge. He immediately made recommendations on things to do to get the house ready to go on the market. He kept me informed every step of the way until an offer was made. I had some trouble at the end and he even helped me pack up some boxes, etc. into the POD so I would be out of the house in time for closing the next day. That was above and beyond an agent's responsibility to do and I greatly appreciated it.
