We selected Rob Brown as our realtor in the sale of our home in Coarsegold CA after interviewing several different realtors. We had lived in our home for 25 years. Rob is easy to work with, very conversational and obviously loves what he does. Immediately upon signing with us, he began making a very nice video of the house....and we had not even really cleaned it out yet!! He also hired a professional photographer and videographer . All videos put out online of our home were done with drones and cameras . We had not sold a home for 25 years, the use of drones was not new information to us, but we believe it made a huge difference to have very good videos put on line QUICKLY! We signed with Rob on Oct 13th; on Oct 24th.....two videos of of house went on line. The 30 day escrow closed Dec 12th---Whoosh!! Rob was fantastic in keeping on top of all paperwork, all issues that may come up such as insurance, and calling with updates! He even called on days when no update was expected, but a "no-update call" was nice!! We have no reservations in highly recommending Rob Brown to sell your home. We absolutely had no problems or gliches or paperwork hassles---it was a very smooth procedure. Why did it happen so fast? Rob Brown paid attention to all details, important deadlines, inspections, signings. He called daily to give us updates or let us know of something we were supposed to do. One day he call with an update and we were not expecting it---but then he just chuckled and had called to say "the update is there is no update today!" All was going along just great. At one point he was concerned about insurance details for the buyers and although it was not his responsibility to help the buyers with the unique issues of insurance in our area, he was helpful! He cared about all details. Rob was always available by text, call or in person.
