My experience in selling my house was a positive one thanks to the realtor I chose to list with. Rob Breese has been helpful, informative, experienced and so kind. Having lived in the house for 27 years and after the loss of my husband, selling the house was very emotional for me. Rob’s patience, compassion and his being available at all times, made it easy for me. He sold my house and was my realtor on the home I bought. I gave not regretted my decision as I mot only had a wonderful realtor, but gained a friend in the process. Kudos to ReMax for having such a deserving realtor in their employ.

Rob is a fantastic agent! He knows the market extremely well and is well versed in how to handle all situations that might come up in a real estate transaction. Additionally, because he has so much experience he knows someone to do any type of work you might need done. As transplants to Orlando in 2020, he referred us to great painters, flooring stores and a handyman. When we decided to move back home in 2024 it was a natural decision to go with Rob. He gave us solid advice on marketing and selling the house and we went under contract in 3 days. On top of all that he is a very nice person. I can't recommend Rob enough.
