Rob went above and beyond during the home sale process. I am very pleased with the partnership and ownership he took with my contract. He assisted with finding local contractor to make repairs, suggested certain technicians and always had a hands on approach. He even went to local hardware store to pick up a water heater and delivered it to the house. He took the financial burden at checkout and even the delivery. I paid him back of course but this something that he took ownership of to help the process!
