First of all I must say that, Ritesh Rai is awesome! His passion for going extra miles for home buyer is simply amazing! My wife and I are the first time home buyers. My friends who are already own their house, advised us to not get involved with realtor agents .. So, we used to go open house by ourselves and never got any feedback from seller agent.
