Rita Verdugo

This is the second house that we had Rita as our listing sellers agent. The first house was local to her neighborhood and she was at the house most every day checking up and moving the sell along. This second house was a distance from her location and she made the drive several times to get it sold. Negotiations on this second house were tedious but in the end worked out ok. Rita gives sound advice. We are looking to use her services again to assist our neighbor selling their home. I recommend her as one who respects your wishes and concerns unlike many other realtors from past dealings who are only in the business for their own gain and do not respect their clients.
