Rita was great. She was pro active from the beginning to the close of escrow. Never leaving out the littlest of details. We've never sold a house so quickly and for full asking price. We will definitely ask for her help again in the future.

She is everything you want in a realtor, professional but down to Earth, responsive whether I texted emailed or called! When it came to sealing the deal, she advised but didn't insist, she guided but never pushed. She respects her clients and treats them the way she would wanted to be treated. I think I was lucky to be in a seller's market but it's still a transaction that requires great people skills and not everyone has the expertise to make it seamless.
