Rita did a fantastic job selling our house. She help with all the details and was very knowledgeable. We would of had a major delay in closing because of the buyers lender not doing their job. Rita saw the way things were going and immediately addressed the issue. Once she got their attention everything else went smoothly. We were able to move to our new house we built. Rita also got my parents house sold with no issues at all.
