Would give Rita 6 stars if I could
Rita put our property in "Coming Soon" status to provide interested buyers with advance information and we had viewings the very day it went on the market. It is a large property, both house and lot requiring considerable maintenance, so market appeal was relatively narrow. She has great knowledge of what buyers are looking for and provided excellent input on staging the interior of our house and furniture in an uncluttered, appealing way. She emphasized the great potential of the property and we sold at above asking price. Rita is delightful to work with.
