I was selling a difficult house with tenants in it. Rita did an amazing job communicating between the tenants and I to allow potential buyers into the house. She negotiated an unbelievable deal finding new buyers for the property. There were many an issue with the tenants, damages to the house, unauthorized alterations, and a number of other potential pitfalls that all could have unraveled this transaction, but Rita negotiated all of them with ease and found a solution to everything.
