Rita was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly professional and kind from the start to finish. As first time home-buyers, we felt comfortable asking questions, listening to her suggestions, and walking through the home-buying process with her. Rita is honest, thoughtful and a great negotiator! She helped us with elements of the purchase we were unaware were even negotiable, as well as the more straightforward elements. It was clear throughout the entire process that she was trying to do the best she could possibly do for us. We very highly recommend Rita!
