I needed my mother (Who is in her 90s and very independent) to move closer to me. Rita found my mother a condo the checked off all of the boxes. Half an hour from me, first floor, wonderful neighborhood, reasonable HOA fees, and close to shopping. The bonus was a beautiful backyard with a lake.
