Rita is a real estate hero that saved us from buying a home that had a ton of hard to find problems, but she knew where to look to catch them. She showed us nearly a dozen homes, and we were pretty needy clients who were looking for a very specific setup. When we finally found THE house, she worked to get the deal exactly how we wanted it including some big asks we had of the sellers. Wouldn't go to anyone else.
