Rita is awesome!
Rita arrived at my house with a very professional binder she had prepared of market analysis for my old location. I was so impressed by the quality of the contents of that binder! She was very patient in understanding what I was looking for and showed me several options. She made things happen for me! Closed on both old a new houses on the same day. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for real estate. She’s GOOD and good people! Love her!

Thank you so much, Miss Sharon, for your incredibly kind words! I'm thrilled to hear that you found the market analysis binder helpful and that you were impressed with its quality. It was a pleasure working with you to understand your needs and show you options that matched your vision!
Ensuring a smooth closing on both houses on the same day was a top priority, and I'm so glad everything aligned 🙌 Your recommendation means the world to me, and I'm grateful to have been a part of this exciting journey with you. Wishing you all the best in your beautiful new home, Keep in touch!!
