I made the mistake a few years ago not hiring Rita Hall when trying to sell my house, and I would not make that mistake twice. Her attention to detail with her product analysis explaining the "why" behind her recommendation of selling price is excellent. She kept us calm through a very stressful and time sensitive selling period. She was there every step of the way with solutions to every situation that would arise.
