Rita did a great job for us in a tough real estate market. She is a great communicator. She kept us informed, answered our questions and offered us guidance in a tough real estate market. She proved to be a great negotiator and protected our interests in dealing with some fussy buyers. We had already moved out of the area and Rita handled the scheduling and hiring for all of the fixes requested by the buyers following the house inspection.
