Rita did a great job for us in a tough real estate market. She is a great communicator. She kept us informed, answered our questions and offered us guidance in a tough real estate market. She proved to be a great negotiator and protected our interests in dealing with some fussy buyers. We had already moved out of the area and Rita handled the scheduling and hiring for all of the fixes requested by the buyers following the house inspection. Rita is a realtor with extensive market knowledge and professionalism that I would definitely recommend.

If you’re in the market for a great real estate agent, and have stumbled across her page, then stop looking now—You found her! We have used Mrs.Rita twice now, and she has knocked it out of the park both times. She gives Knowledgeable and Quality work, and makes her clients feel like a Priority rather than a burden or a check list.
