We met Rita because our agent in Phoenix wanted to make sure we had excellent representation for a house we wanted to purchase in Tucson. Rita met us at the house and immediately we were impressed! Her knowledge of the area, her honesty about the house (we took on quite a project!) and its needs, and her extensive list of resources to help us get all the inspections done were just what we needed. Rita met all the inspectors at the house for us, managed all the correspondence and made this process extremely easy and as stress free as possible. I appreciated her thoroughness, her excellent advice, her patience with us and my husband and I truly felt that, through all the negotiations, Rita truly had our best interests at heart. I cannot say enough about this wonderful human! In addition, even two weeks after we moved in, Rita is still checking in on us to make sure we haven't drowned under the immense amount of projects we've had to take on to make this house a home! Truly the queen of Pima County and our hearts :)
