Rita has made our experience smooth, easy to understand, and trouble free. She is very knowledgeable with pricing, paperwork, and the process of buying and selling properties. I live outside of the area and Rita was very honest and contacted me almost daily on updates. We had some delays but none of them were on Rita’s part. She had a solution for everything. She made my experience stress free. I wish I could use her again and I highly recommend her to any buyer or seller.
