Rita was great. She knew exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process seem effortless. I closed on my first home in A little over a month and she was always available whenever I had a question.

Did not communicate well,still don't know exact day renters start renting. Was not specific on how initially wanted staged. Did not update pictures or pricing. Would not follow up on status of rental.

Manages my rental property for does great job with tennants. Any work that needs to be done she gets me three quotes to compare always very quick and professional on emails and phone calls

Rita has been the rental manager for our home at Deep Creek in Punta Gorda FL. She has been instrumental in finding responsible tenants and reliable contractors when services are needed. She has made the rental of our future retirement home a wonderful experience.
