Outstanding Representation

Rita came to us by a recommendation. It was spot on. She explained the process well (it had been 23 years since we were in the buy-sell real estate market), and the playing out of it was largely according to expectations. Rita gave good guidance on preparing our home for showing and sale. When things veered in the direction of testy, she steered an even, middle course, and left only good will behind. During the closing and subsequent move she was a rock.
