About Rita

After working in other brokerages for more than 20 years, I decided to go out on my own. I opened Diamond Realty and Properties. I am excited to continue serving my clients! I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1999, and a licensed broker since 2007. I love helping folks with their property transactions, and the friendships it creates along the way. I am licensed to sell real estate throughout Kentucky, but my passion is the beautiful Lake Cumberland area, where I also enjoy boating with my family. Whether you are buying or selling property, I can walk you through the entire process -- from listing to closing -- and put you in touch with all the good folks along the way to ensure a smooth transaction.

Rita goes above and beyond
