My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Rio. As a graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, she knew the area very well and found houses for us to look at in our preferred locations, price range, and that met our bed/bath requirements. She was with us through the offer process and greatly assisted us through negotiating a lower price of our home. As our closing date approached, she took charge when our lender required information from our seller and the seller was not responsive. We would not be in our home today without Rio! Definitely someone you want to have on your team if you are buying a home.
