My wife and I had looked at homes on our own for about a year and a half prior to meeting Rio. This would be our first home purchase and frankly we were more than a little nervous. When we finally took the step to hire a real estate agent, we were luckily referred to Rio. From the moment we met him we knew he was someone we could trust. Our favorite thing about Rio was that he took extra time to thoroughly help us understand every step of the process. When we found our dream first home we needed to move quickly. Rio was very responsive and able to move fast while still educating (and sometimes re-assuring us) every step of the way. He did a great job negotiating, and knew exactly how to help us put our best foot forward. We ended up moving into our home in August and couldn't be more grateful for Rio and his team. I'd heard that buying a home is one of life's greatest stressors, but to be honest working with Rio made it a very positive and fun experience. But, working with Rio made me feel incredibly confident and like I was in excellent hands through the whole process. Rio helped me put together a bid that was fair and within my budget on my end, but also very attractive to the seller. He knows what things will really stand out to the sellers. You never know what will happen once the seller has all the offers, but I felt really good knowing that I put my best foot out there. I was taken care of, given really good advice, and knew that all the paperwork had been done meticulously. I hope I am in my home for a very long time, but if I ever moved I would not hesitate to use Rio again. He genuinely cares about each one of his clients. He will ask about your kids, your dog, and will continue to be a friend and advocate for you as long as you know him. Rio is genuinely a great guy and is in absolutely the right business for his big heart and personality.
