Rina has good experience in the market and provided me with good recommendations. I bought a condo in 2014 and she was my agent and I got it for a good price and she helped me in the negotiation with the sellers. Rina also helped me in the renovation of the condo as she recommended some good guys for the construction. Four years later in 2018, I was planning to leave the US after finishing school and I went her to find a buyer for me. She assisted in listing the condo online and negotiating with potential buyers. After finding a buyer within my selling price range, she assisted in the closing and she was my representative in the closing, as I was already out of the country at that time. Rina is a nice, friendly, and respectable agent who knows the market and cares for her buyer and seller.

Over the years my wife and I have bought and sold a few homes, via various agents. We moved to Florida 18 months ago and were referred to Rina via mutual acquaintances (although we share the same surname, Cohen is THE most common Jewish surname and we are not related in the 7 generations I can trace back :) ).
