Great at managing expectations!

Rima knows the selling market really well and advised us to list our home at a lower price initially. Wish we would have listened to her because we wasted 6 weeks with only a couple of showings. Once we took her advice on list price, we were inundated with showings and found the perfect buyer. She's so knowledgeable. She knew the "sweet spot" and it wasn't much lower than what we originally wanted, but low enough to increase our showings. She was professional and kind in managing my expectations.
