I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rima Cole. I reached out to several realtors around the area around 4 months before we were even ready to sale. The only one who gave us the time of day was Rima! She even sent us information to help us out. We must of changed the date our house going on the market three or four times due to the renovations not being completed. She was extremely understanding and patient. Let me tell you, the professional photos she had taken... all I can say is I didnt know our house was so amazing looking! Once the house went on the market me and my wife were so nervous, but being the amazing realtor she is, Rima gave us comfort in knowing we had the best realtor in the area. We were having showings everyday. One of our major concerns was the house sitting on the market forever, she gave us a two week estimate for it to go under contract. Unbelievably she was able to get us under contract at the end of the fourth day on the market! She works past normal work hours answering texts and negotiating with buyers for us well into the night. If you are looking for someone that you can have complete faith in while guiding you through any type of real estate experience than Rima is your person. The entire experience she treated us like her most important clients, and to me and my wife that is invaluable! BLUF - Rima sold our house over asking price in less than 24hrs while she was on vacation!!!! I have worked with Real Estate Agents in the past but have never worked with a Real Estate Professional. Rima was amazing to work with. We had extensive damage to repair after some rough tenants and she was instrumental in helping us know where to start the repairs. She marketed very extensively and was able to attract the perfect buyer! She walked us through all of the negotiations and answered a million questions without hesitation. We have used Rima twice now. The first time we were buying from 600 miles away. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the type of loan we were using. As first time home buyers, she was incredibly kind and patient; walking us through each step of this new scary process, allowing us to feel at ease. She answered any and all questions we had, in a professional, knowledgeable and timely manner (often times more than once.) She was super easy to work with and worked us in when we got a last minute availability to actually come down to look at homes. When our family grew out of our current home there was no question on whom we would choose to sell and buy our next one! Rima! Again, she took time in working with us and getting us the best information and deal for selling our home. And, again with the questions from us as first time sellers. She was wonderful! Once our home sold, ( it took no time at all) we looked for and found our current home. It is perfect for our family! Without Rima’s guidance and knowledge I doubt we would have found it. She worked diligently getting us the best deal and working with us and our lenders and the sellers and their lenders we closed and couldn’t be happier!!! As a military family no doubt we will have to move again, sadly, but we won’t use anyone except Rima.

Do not pass over Rima Cole as your realtor! After talking with several individuals in the area, Rima was the only person who was willing to go the extra mile to find the perfect house to fit our needs. She took our list of criteria, then sent us information and pictures about a wide variety of houses in the area in order to establish exactly what met our tastes. As new houses came on the market, she made sure that the information about them was passed along to us. After we narrowed our choices, she drove to each home and took walkthroughs for us with video through the neighborhoods and houses. She gave us honest feedback about each house, positive and negative. She did not limit her search to houses that she was selling, or even her company, but gave us information about everything available. Her knowledge of the area and market is beyond anything we anticipated, and most importantly she is prompt in providing information, always returns phone calls and emails (often immediately) and takes the time to get to know her customers. From the outset of searching all of the way through closing, she went above and beyond our expectations! We left our business dealings with her feeling as though we had a great new friend.
