Riley went out of his way to find us the perfect house to call home. He took us to many homes and I'm sure we drove him crazy with our pickiness, but he did a lot of research for homes that would not only fit our needs and our desires but one that would fit into our budget. He knows this area extremely well and when we asked about certain homes he would either tell us we wouldn't want to live in that area or the home would be beyond our budget. He is very honest, knowledgeable and insightful. He would point out flaws and give a guestimate as to how much a certain repair might cost. (He always made sure that we knew to do our research on not rely on his word on these costs, but they were usually right on the button!) So some homes that we really liked, we had to decide against because the cost outweighed the want. Eventually we did find our home, thanks to Riley.
