We had some ups and downs with our sale but she did everything to help and we made it to closing. She was able to handle the stress of my husband and I with a smile. She is very realistic and will sit down and explain everything even 2 and 3 times if you need it, lord knows I did. Rikki was very tentative and reassuring during the whole process. She is professional and I would recommend her!!!
