Rikki went above and beyond to assist me with my home sale. Living over a thousand miles from the property (that had also been rented out for almost a decade), presented a unique set of challenges. That plus a very full work schedule could have made the process too much to manage; but Rikki greatly eased that burden by going outside the scope of an agent’s typical duties. She worked late nights, managed communications with contractors and much more. I recall one late evening just before we listed that she was at the property scrubbing paint drips off of cabinet hinges that I had previously been told were unable to be removed.
