Rico Tungol

Rico, was awesome, right from the start! We were lucky enough to find the first home we looked at, and loved it! We made an offer and we were off! Unfortunately the lender we chose was not awesome! Rico fought tooth and nail with them and got stuff done! He was very responsive, respectful to us, and met every need! He went above and beyond for us! Worked with us late into the night! He had our backs the whole way through!!! Rico is a beast!!!!

As a first-time buyer, I was completely overwhelmed by the process, but Rico was an absolute lifesaver. He took the time to explain the entire process in detail and was incredibly patient with all of our questions. We never felt pressured at any point, and thanks to his extensive knowledge of the local market, we were able to find the perfect home.He is highly recommended to anyone looking for a dedicated and approachable professional.
