I normally don't write reviews, but after my experience with Rico I had to because he did such a wonderful job helping us buy our first home. He worked on our behalf negotiating the best deal, explained everything in detail every step of the way and was always there day/night when we had questions. We are grateful for his diligence and professionalism in the midst of a life changing situation. We are also thankful for his knowledge and thoroughness in all the legalities regarding the purchase of our home. He was able to work in our time frame and get the job done way above our standards. We would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market to either buy or sale a home.
