Great agent. Within 20 minutes of talking to Ricky he had already sent me a list of homes to view. This transaction was especially difficult because we were buying and selling; but Ricky worked a deal that gave us a one week window to have ownership of both homes. This prevented us from moving twice. He also got us 100% of list price on our home and managed to get the seller of our new home to move $34,000 on price! This man is worth his weight in gold!
