Ricky was excellent in all phases of selling our home. Even-though we moved out of country before the home sold, Ricky was very responsive and helpful: Giving us ample time to review contracts via email and face-timing us when we had any questions on the selling process. He got the property sold in under a week at full price. I recommend Mr. Patel for anyone looking to sell or buy property in Volusia and Brevard County.
