Great communication

This was my first time buying a house and even though it experience was stressful, Ricky was there every step of the way even though I was difficult at times. He always remained professional and was always there to explain the process. I knew I was in good hands and he was there up until the very end, even after I had closed he still checked on me to see if there was anything I needed.
