He possesses the market knowledge, resources, and personal connections (such as the photographer) that helped us properly price and market our home to enable a quicker sale in a tough market at full asking price. Rick was open, honest, and willing to listen to our situation as it related to the sale of our house. He also helped facilitate connections for when an issue needed to be addressed resulting from the home inspection. His communication with all parties were consistent, well informed, and timely.
