Mr. Gates is an accommodating, personable, and patient Realtor who advocated for me and my families needs. The process took about 14-15 months because of a PCS, deployment, and then search for the right house. AT NO POINT did he show impatience or an effort to push us. All together we looked at 15 properties and he never tried to steer us in any direction. His recommendations were honest and demonstrated an understanding of the Area, market, our needs but also our desires.
