Rick was great to work with. Very friendly and was there to answer any questions I had. He was very professional and well educated I’m the market and what to expect during my sale. Due to my situation I wasn’t as available to communicate as much as I had like but I had spoke with him up front about my expectations with the sale so he was able to make informed decisions when I was not available to keep the sale going smoothly and made me able to get my house sold quickly. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
