Rick was extremely resourceful in helping us find our first house. We moved to a new area and had no idea about the location’s housing details, or about buying a house for that matter. Rick was thorough in his explanations and descriptions, and went above and beyond to provide us video tours when we couldn’t make it to open houses, show us local restaurants, etc. Additionally, Rick regularly communicated with us about the status of houses we were interested in, and was quick to respond when we contacted him with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Rick for any of your buying or selling needs, as he is intentional about his work and puts his client’s wants and needs first!
